Men have health needs that are very different from women’s. After forty years of age men should take his health in priority basis some checkups are done in regular basis like Blood Pressure, Sugar and heart checkup because these are the most common men dieses after this age. To prevent dieses we should do light exercises like morning walks, yoga & mediation to keep our body fit & fine.
