Dogs in shelters come in all shapes and sizes - and all ages. Some people dump litters of puppies and they're found and brought to shelters. Some people bring their puppies to the shelters themselves because they don’t know what else to do with them. Old dogs are the hardest ones to place. And it makes sense.
